The Duck & Dog Lodge located in Goshen, VT is conveniently nestled inside the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area of Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest. It is situated in a tranquil and secluded hollow at the end of a canopied gravel road on 10 privately wooded acres.
Depending on the season, as you arrive to the Duck & Dog, you will be greeted by a heavy blanket of snow, an emerald forest or the blazing colors of fall foliage.You will find yourself surrounded by a forest of ash, balsam fir, beech, birch, blackcherry, hemlock, hickory, oak, spruce, sugar maple, and white pine trees and potentially greeted by our occasional squatters such as black bear, moose, white tail deer or a flock of wild turkeys.
